Yizumi Shows Intelligent Industrial Equipment at GIFA 2015

The quadrennial metal fairs quartet—GIFA, METEC, THERMPROCESS and NEWCAST—was held in Düsseldorf, Germany June 16-20. As one of the components, GIFA 2015 is the most important trade fair for foundry technology in the world in both scale and influence. At this showcase for a company’s technical strength, Yizumi displayed a die casting cell that included a DM500ARCSM cold-chamber die casting machine and an automated robotic system, as well as an HM90CE hot-chamber die casting machine.

This year marks the 50th anniversary of GIFA and it also has an eastern exhibitor, Yizumi, at Hall 12 which is a platform for the presentation of the world’s highest-level foundry equipment. The participation of Yizumi, the new representative of China’s precision die casting industry, gives GIFA a light of industrial intelligent manufacturing.

CE Standards-based Classic Machine Design

Adhering to the excellent design of DM series die casting machine, CE series cold chamber die casting machine is a high-safety product that is launched after painstakingly developed and tested by Yizumi. CE series is benchmarked against the standards for the same European and American products and has passed Germany’s TüV certification. The control of shot stroke and shot speed is optimized with higher accuracy and wider range of adjustment. The machine is equipped with a closed-loop control system which makes the setting of speed easier. The function of automatic calibration is also available in closed-loop speed and pressure control.
