Thixomolding Machine

In 2009, YIZUMI released its first MG series Thixomolding machine in China and the machine was successfully passed the national technical appraisal.

In 2014, YIZUMI led the development of the industry standards for thixomolding machines by making positive contributions to the sustainable and low-carbon development of the industry.

In 2018, YIZUMI successfully introduced its newly developed UN1250MGII model, featuring 1250t of locking force and much increased shot capacity. Subsequently this attractive machine model was exported to customers in international markets including the USA and Germany for the casting of larger light weight components. In a collaborative R&D project involving our international technology teams in China and Europe, YIZUMI developed the Thixomolding Hot Runner Technology, setting a new benchmark in the industry.

In 2022, the next bigger UN1500MGII model was developed and successfully put into operation in a well-known magnesium alloy manufacturing enterprise in China.
