The product launch ceremony of YIZUMI LEAP series die casting machine was held in Jumeirah Himalayas Hotel Shanghai on July 6. This event included many exciting activities such as the new product launch and roundtable forum.

LEAP Series——Connecting World Class Die Casting Technology
During the launch ceremony, Mr. Wang Bo, Manager of Product & Marketing Management Department of YIZUMI Die Casting Division, introduced the key features and highlights of the product. He pointed out that the newly launched LEAP series die casting machine adopts fully protective sheet metal design, which has a better appearance than the traditional die casting machine.
The self-developed Yi-cast injection unit, benchmarking the performance of world-class die casting machines, can fulfill the requirements of aluminum alloy, magnesium alloy as well as semi-solid metal casting, and suitable for complicated parts such as engine block, gearbox housings or structural parts.
The maximum injection velocity of LEAP series machines can reach 10 m/s during dry shot, and the acceleration rate is more than 50G for the complete series machines. Take the 1250T die casting machine as an example, the acceleration rate could reach more than 60G which is suitable for part requiring high filling speed, such as structural parts and large 5G communication. The slow velocity V1 could reach 0.02m/s which is perfect for semi-solid reocasting; The pressure build-up time could reach 20ms, fully meet the requirements of powertrain components, such as engine block, gearbox housing, etc.
The innovative servo+feeding pump drive system ensures precise hydraulic movements during die opening and closing. The servo pump speed can reach 3000 RPM. The feeding pump supplies oil to the servo system to ensure it can provide a sufficient amount of oil for die opening and closing. In addition, the YIZUMI ORCA control allows full management of critical production parameters with ease and efficiency, the digitalized injection process largely improved the efficiency and process quality of the machine.
