Mariplast North America, an injection molding company based in Greer, South Carolina, has been a significant player in the textile and water filtration industries since the early 90s. With roots dating back to the 60s in Florence, Italy, the company boasts a rich history of innovation and quality. As it expanded into the U.S. market, Mariplast North America continued to seek ways to enhance its production capabilities and meet the evolving demands of its customers.

The Turning Point: Choosing YIZUMI and Tailored Solutions

Since its inception in 2002, YIZUMI has grown into an advanced global molding equipment company. With production facilities in Ohio and the acquisition of the century-old HPM brand and its intellectual property, YIZUMI has strategically positioned itself to meet the needs of North American businesses, becoming a trusted name in the region.

Previously, they had primarily operated with a variety of machinery, most of which was Italian-made. "We decided to move towards YIZUMI for its unique perspective on its customer service to us here in the United States, which was something that we were having difficulty with in the past years. The machines that were offered to us were very handcrafted towards our needs, and were made specifically for the production of products that we make here at Mariplast North America," said Pietro.

"Seeing what I've seen from YIZUMI so far, I think it's a great company that is very beneficial to us here at Mariplast. The injection molding industry is always growing around the world and in the United States. And it's something that we continue to grow with in expansion. And we hope that in the future we will continue to use YIZUMI for our needs as we grow and possibly replace old machinery."

Meanwhile, as Mariplast North America continues to expand, their trust in YIZUMI remains steadfast. In 2024, they introduced Mariplast El Salvador to the market and have already purchased three new YIZUMI machines, with two more on the way. Their plans for 2025 include further collaboration with YIZUMI to acquire new machinery as they continue to grow.
