K is the most important exhibition for the plastics and rubber industry. At K 2022, YIZUMI has exhibited a set of automatic equipment, UN500D1-E two-platen injection molding machine equipped with robotic arm, to demonstrate its vision-guided positioning system. The solution with a vision system robot is used to detect the misplacement of products in the warehouse/storage facility (to prevent overlapping). The processes of robot motion is consist of the reclaiming of semi-finished plastic parts and the unloading of finished plastic parts. And the vacuum suction cup can ensure the careful handling of finished plastic parts and avoid damage.

YIZUMI robot automatic system performs vision-guided detection for complex composite materials. When the semi-finished plastic parts are in place, the vision system collects and intelligently analyzes the data of each piece of goods to determine the correct side and accurate position of them first. Then the vision system guides the mechanical gripper to clamp and put them into the injection molding machines for further processing. When the processing is finished, the finished plastic parts with biscuits are delivered to the gate where the sprues will be removed and dropped into the junk box. After that, the robot will put the finished goods on the conveyor and flow out. Finally, the robot returns to the loading platform to take the insert parts to the waiting position. As a high-accuracy, non-contact detection system, the combination of robot automatic equipment and advanced technologies, such as robot motion control and Austrian KEBA control system, is taking the industrial automated production to the next level.
