Live from K 2022 – The YL3-V440L Rubber Injection Machine

It is an intelligent machine that meets the requirements of Industry 4.0 for the rubber industry. It applies brand-new core technologies and provide more comprehensive and accurate data supports to meet the needs of intelligent manufacturing, thereby helping customers easily reach their business goals.

YL3-V440L is the upgraded model of the previous two generations. It incorporates new technologies that have been successfully proven in recent years.

Notably, the upgraded YL3-V440L is equipped with V5 control and management system, which can not only greatly improve the machine's performances, but also has 8 functions of equipment and production management. The form data of each functional area fully meets the requirements of IATF 16949:2016 and IE Lean Production, which makes the machine's operation, maintenance and management more intelligent and simpler.

In September 2022, the EUROMAP77 communication protocol was added to the V5 system of YIZUMI rubber injection machine. It is an interface protocol used to establish data exchange between the machines and the Yi Manufactory Execution System (Yi MES) based on OPC UA communication, making the V5 system easier to assure the quality and manage the tasks and data set.

And all the upgrades of YL3-V440L indicate that YIZUMI has gone one step further towards the application of Industry 4.0.

Last but not least, YL3-V440L can rapidly meet diverse needs through its dozens of precision modules with flexible combination, and simple programming with a set of advanced software.
