Innovative Product Design
Structural parts originate from stamping parts, characterized by a large projected area with a relatively small casting weight. Large die-casting machines in the range of 1400-4500 tonnage are required. The filling level is only about 60% of the traditional die-casting.
Innovation Advantages
Unlike conventional die castings, the average wall thickness of structural parts is only about 3mm. In addition, the products require subsequent welding, riveting, and heat treatment.
Core Technology
The Yi-cast real-time controlled pressurization technology developed by YIZUMI features an injection system with a high dynamic injection force. Independent extrusion devices are used to ensure the quality of thick sections.
